We will deliver your package directly to your door.
 
We use our trusted courier 'The Courier Guy' to send all of our packags.
 
If you are in main cities (ie. Pretoria, Johannesberg, Durban, Bloemfontein, Cape Town)We have a 2 week lead time thereafter your package will be sent and delivered to you within 3-5 business days at R100 shipping cost.
 
If you are in an outlying area, you package will be sent and delivered to you within 5-7 business days at R200 shipping cost.
 
Once shipped we will supply you with a tracking number to track you package at thecourierguy.co.za

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days.If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept exchanges and returns on items purchased directly from our website.

Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

To complete your return, please send us a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

We will accept any exchanges on item(s) provided the item is returned new (unworn or unused) and in original packaging including tags. Returns that are not in the original state will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be provided.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Where possible items will be repaired or replaced with the same product in the same size and colors, subject to availability. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be given. Any items that are deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If the damaged item is due to a factory fault, we will replace the item in the same size and style (subject to availability) at no cost to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We will however accept exchanges but only within the sale period. All other terms and conditions apply.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care. Please note that you are responsible for all return postage fees. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will refund the postage fees to you.
